Patience is a virtue, and I have none whatsoever. While making my bro do his homework last night, which is a pretty hectic job, mind you, the following interesting but rather disturbing conversation took place between us:

Me: (yapping on and on about what homework he has. In short, what he HAS to do)

Him: it’s a free country, I can do whatever I want. *smiles evilly*

Me: fine. Don’t do ur homework. I’ll tell dad what u said, and u’ll be sent off to the hafiz dorm @ the masjid. (he hates the dudes over there)

Him: ummm..

Me: it’s a free country remember? We can send you off to the masjid, right? *smiles evilly*

Him: it’s not a free country anymore.

lil kids say the darndest things

I told my parents later on and my mom jus laffed while my dad said, “yeah, send him to a kafir school for the rest of his life”

Tsk tsk.

I went to the mall yesterday to pick up my stuff from clinique. While there, I decided to go on a quest for the reasons of acne. So I go to a few billion cosmetic company booths and heres what some of ‘em had to say.

“sugar. Sweet stuff causes acne. So beware of that” she winked and walked away.

“do u drink coke? If u do, then don’t. cuz it’ll cause acne” then she goes on about how she knows about this stuff cuz shes a skin care professional. I’m not the least bit impressed and I move on the next one.

Coke and sugar. I’m like, thanks a bunch ladies. See you around. (tho I felt more like, I hope I never ever run into someone like you ever again.)

This doctor of mine told me that whenever I’m stressed, I’ll break out. Which is actually true, but this one skin care professional, or might I say, skin care freak wouldn’t agree with me. “what kinda stress do u have at 15?” she asked me, rather puzzled.

Wanna bet? I thought. And walked away.

It was quite amusing.

But it means that I can’t get mad anymore, or angry or anything of the likes. Or else, there goes my face.

i took my bro to hair cuttery. (for a hair cut, duh) a Chinese girl of about 17 with blood red highlights in her dark black silky hair was his hair cutter. It looked really..umm…appealing. masha’allah. So I asked her if her hair was naturally that silky and she said it’s not. And then shows me this hair straightning gel she uses.

I am so getting that stuff.

Its 14 bucks, but totally worth it. Unlike this shampoo she showed me, which was totally not worth the 20 bucks label it had on it.

No way in hell I can actually afford that shampoo. I shampoo my hair 4 times a week. And the conditioner is 20 bucks too. I need that too dammit. So at that rate, I’ll be spending 1000 bucks a year on hair care supplies.

No thank you. I’d rather save for when I wanna run away from home or something.

And thank u lord for contact lenses. I hate glasses. Theyre friggin annoyin. Who needs ‘em?

btw I saw this jamaican lady with naturally green eyes but she wore contacts with aqua green (or was it blue?) outlines. Damn, she looked hot.

I broke 2 nails. Actually 3. all of ‘em were toe nails. Or whatever. I don’tknow how in gods name they ever broke, cuz I didn’t feel a thing, but apparently they did. Soo, I had to trim all my nails. What a shame!

Oh yeah, I bought this really cool silver ring @ the mall yesterday. It looks FABulous. (NOT FOBulous)

I love silver. Damn damn damn. Im so inn love with silver jewellery. All I have is silver. Silver and more silver. Gold is too umm…I dunno..i don’t wanna offend nobody.

anyways, its more like a wedding/engagement ring but I;m like whoooooo cares. Its pretty and im wearing it. Besides, I can still trick ppl into believing im married or engaged, right????????????????????

My mom loved it too. When I showed it to her shes like “wow, masha’alla” she went on praising It before the final MUCH EXPECTED question popped, “so..can I wear it?”

What could I say? No? yes? Sometimes? Maybe? We’ll see?
